Terms of Use

These terms explain the conditions for using Tactic Foundry.
Last updated August 18, 2026. This general wording should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your specific business and jurisdiction.

Using the service

You may use Tactic Foundry for lawful personal, educational, or business software discovery. You must not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, submit malicious content, scrape at a disruptive rate, impersonate another person, or use the service for spam.

Software listings

Listings are provided for discovery and general information. Features, prices, licenses, availability, compatibility, and system requirements can change. Confirm important details with the developer before installing or purchasing anything.

External downloads

Tactic Foundry does not host the listed third-party installers. Buttons open external developer, project, repository, or storefront pages. Your use of third-party software is governed by the developer's license, terms, privacy policy, and support arrangements.

Submissions

You represent that information and files you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to provide them. Submissions may be reviewed, edited, declined, retained for records, or removed. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Intellectual property

Tactic Foundry's original branding, interface, and editorial content are protected by applicable rights. Third-party names, logos, and marks remain the property of their owners.

No warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that listings, external downloads, or linked information are complete, safe, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Children and supervised use

Child-focused listings are provided for discovery by parents, guardians, and educators. Adults are responsible for reviewing age guidance, account requirements, purchases, privacy practices, content, and supervision needs before allowing a child to use a third-party product.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Tactic Foundry is not responsible for loss caused by third-party software, external websites, changes made by developers, or reliance on directory information. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply.
